    7. FRAUD / DISLOYALTY OR OTHER OFFENSES TO THE ASSOCIATION – membership of any member proven to have committed fraud, disloyalty, or any of the following acts shall be terminated, as approved by the Board of Trustees:

    7.a. Posting, circulating and/or communicating false announcement, information, and/or derogatory comments in any media platform, letter/document and/or interviews detrimental to the Association.

    7.b. Taking advantage of the Association’s products and services; using falsified documents and/or other forms of misrepresentation.

    7.c Advancing personal interest or the interest of other lending institution to the disadvantaged of the Association.

    7.d Continuous disregard of provisions of the Employee Handbook and/or Membership Policy Manual.

    7.e Acts that will disrupt the operations/processes of the Association and/or tarnish its reputation; and

    7.f All other acts and/or utterances analogous to the above.

    8. INVESTIGATION PROCEDURES

    8.a. The investigation Committee for the above offenses shall be composed of the PCGSLAI Corporate Legal Officer as Chairperson, Internal Auditor and Human Resource Officer as members.

    8.b. Any complaint and/or information received or brought to the knowledge of any member of the Board of Trustees and/or Officers of the Association that may warrant investigation shall be submitted to the President in writing to the referred to the committee for investigation.

    8.c The correspondent-member is given ten (10) days, upon receipt of due notice, to explain why his membership shall not be terminated. Failure of the respondent-member to submit his explanation within the said period is deemed as waiver of his right to be heard.

    8.d After the receipt of the explanation or failure of the respondent-member to submit his/her explanation, the Committee is given ten (10) working days to complete the investigation and submit the report to the President who will submit his recommendation to the Board of Trustees.
